Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer experience team via our online portal or email after completing the mandatory 30-night break-in period to start your return.

Coordinate Removal

Once your request is approved, we will work with you to schedule a pickup through a local removal partner or a charitable organization in your area.

Verification of Pickup

After the mattress has been successfully collected, please provide us with a scan or photo of the pickup receipt to verify the removal.
